Our Capabilities

We can handle multiple materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, chrome, nickel, titanium, alloys and precision materials including A333 low temperature carbon steel, P91 chrome alloy, 1.25 chrome, duplex and super duplex stainless steel.

We have the capacity to produce up to 15,000 diameter-inches per week of pipe, up to 72” NPS and 140 feet long.

Located in Nisku, Alberta along the high-load transportation corridor, the PCL Fabrication Shop features 145,000 square feet of space in three bays and is capable of handling multiple jobs at once and producing up to 15,000 diameter-inches per week.
